On foot

Certain areas of Lignano Sabbiadoro should definitely be searched out on foot. This way, tourists have the opportunity to stumble across sights which would otherwise remain hidden to their holiday pursuits. Lignano Pineta and Lignano Riviera, as well as Sabbiadoro proper, have their specific attractions the beauty and charm of which can only be experienced by visitors who choose to explore the resort on foot.

By bike

Lignano is, amongst others, famed for its great outdoors. And what better way is there for searching out the stunning nature sets of the resort and of its surroundings than biking around? Fortunately, the resort is crossed by one 40-kilometer long cycle path which, if followed, leads all the way to Caorle. The cycle itineraries cross the lagoon, the pine forest and the countryside, offering visitors the opportunity to sample the unique beauty of the sets and the spectacularly diverse range of views, and to make a tourist experience hardly matched by other means of transport available in Lignano.
